Three-Path Cross: Head north to the Three-Path Cross, claim the Scadutree Fragment, and meet Hornsent and Redmane Freyja.

Abandoned Ailing Village: Visit the abandoned village north of the Three-Path Cross to find a Revered Spirit Ash.

Main Gate Cross (Belurat): Enter a tunnel to reach Belurat, Tower Settlement. Collect Scadutree Fragment and meet Sir Ansbach and Moore.

Prospect Town: Climb the cliffs south of Main Gate Cross to reach Prospect Town. Collect a Revered Spirit Ash and kill a Shadow Undead for another Scadutree Fragment.

Legacy Dungeon: Belurat, Tower Settlement: Enter the dungeon, find the Storeroom Key, and meet the Hornsent Grandam in a locked room. Defeat Fire Knight Queelign and collect a Scadutree Fragment.

Divine Beast Boss: Dancing Lion: Defeat this boss, claim the Revered Spirit Ash past the lift, and speak with Hornsent Grandam wearing the boss's mask.

2. Gravesite Plain (East) to Castle Ensis

(Recommended Scadutree Blessing Level: 3-5)

Bridge to Castle Front: Cross the bridge from Three-Path Cross to reach Castle Front. Collect a Scadutree Fragment.

Pillar Path Cross: Travel south to find another Scadutree Fragment and meet Thiollier.

Black Syrup: Optionally, return to Moore at Main Gate Cross to get Black Syrup for Thiollier's Concoction.

Suppression Pillar: Head further south to reach the Suppression Pillar at the southern tip and claim an Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone.

Minor Legacy Dungeon: Castle Ensis: Enter and grab a Scadutree Fragment at the Castle Checkpoint Site of Grace.

Boss Fight: Rellana, Twin Moon Knight: Defeat the boss in Castle Ensis.

3. Scadu Altus (West) to Shadow Keep (Main Gate)

(Recommended Scadutree Blessing Level: 4-5)

Exit Castle Ensis: Head to the Highroad Cross to obtain a Scadutree Fragment and collect the Monk's Missive.

Needle Knight Leda: Meet Leda and the Hornsent for a second time.

Scadu Altus Map: Travel north to find the Scadu Altus Map.

Messmer Soldier Camp: Collect a Scadutree Fragment in the northern camp.

Church of the Crusade: Defeat Fire Knight Queelign a second time here and collect two Scadutree Fragments.

Moorth Ruins: Ride south toward the Moorth Ruins, and collect a Scadutree Fragment from a soldier camp.

Moorth Ruins Duel: Enter the Moorth Ruins and meet Dryleaf Dane. Challenge him to a duel using the 'May the Best Win' emote.

Shadow Undead (Moorth Ruins): Defeat the Shadow Undead holding a pot south of the ruins for another Scadutree Fragment. Collect a Revered Spirit Ash along the cliffs to the east.

Rauh Base: Travel north of the Moorth Ruins to find a pond with a tunnel entrance and a Scadutree Fragment outside.

Shadow Keep (Main Gate): Reach the entrance of Shadow Keep and be notified of a Great Rune breaking.

Legacy Dungeon: Shadow Keep: Enter the Shadow Keep Main Gate and defeat the Golden Hippopotamus Boss for two Scadutree Fragments.

Specimen Storehouse: Traverse the Main Gate area to reach the Specimen Storehouse. Assist either Leda or the Hornsent or ignore it and proceed.

4. Ancient Ruins of Rauh

(Recommended Scadutree Blessing Level: 6-8)

Hippopotamus: Head south from the Viaduct Minor Tower and defeat a Hippopotamus for a Scadutree Fragment.

Rauh Ruins (East): Enter and defeat a Shadow Undead holding a pot for a Revered Spirit Ash.

Rauh Ancient Ruins: Exit the eastern ruins to reach the Rauh Ancient Ruins and gain a Scadutree Fragment at the Miquella Cross.

Rauh Ruins (West): Travel across the broken bridge to reach Rauh Ruins (West), and claim a Revered Spirit Ash from the Shadow Undead in the northern cliffs.

Church of the Bud: Head to the Church of the Bud to defeat Romina, Saint of the Bud boss.

Rauh Base: Optionally, head back to the Rauh Base and search the central ruins for a Scadutree Fragment.

Upon obtaining a Great Rune, you can use it at Rune Arcs to unlock its effects.
